• We will never ask for your password via phone or email.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Fraudulent transactions or payment reversals
• Using our services for illegal activities
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities
• Bulk purchases without prior authorization

Faraday VTU shall not be liable for:

• Network outages or service interruptions beyond our control
• Incorrect transactions due to user error
• Third-party service failures
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.
